Assalamualaikum to all...so sorry for long time not update this blog.
yeah..this is fasting month and we should be more energetic.
Energetic?? without eating breakfast and lunch, how we can be energetic?
Tips for be more energetic.
1) Don't skip your sahur. Sahur is so important. This is also sunnah from Prophet Muhammad SAW.
2) Drink more water. During solat Terawih, bring your drink bottle, ye lah kekadang panaskan...and drink before bed.
3)Take a nap during lunch. (Preparation to Qiam too.)
4) Take Performance Drink (to maintain the liquid in body) and Energizing Soy Protein (protein helps you to stay longer without eating)-Shaklee Product
5) Try to do simple work out!! Don't be lazy!!
6) Do extra ibadah such as sunat rawatib, tadarus, hafazan and so on.
So, make this Ramadhan is the best Ramadhan in your life because we don't know either we are here or not for next ramadhan.
